Are all of your watches authentic timepieces that are brand new and covered by a warranty? 

Absolutely!  Showcase Designer Watches only sells watches that are authentic and brand new from the manufacturer.  We never sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches.  All watches come in the original packaging with the manufacturer paperwork and factory serial numbers if applicable. We purchase watches from American authorized dealers and distributors.  Our watches are protected by the original manufacturer warranty, or the two year warranty provided by Showcase Designer Watches.  

What methods of payment does Showcase Designer Watches accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. Our payment options are U.S. currency.  We will request the CVN number from your credit card.  This number is found on the right on the back of your credit card.  We request this number to verify that you are the legitimate card holder, and authorized to use the card.

What are your shipping procedures and expenses?     

Showcase Designer Watches offers FREE SHIPPING for standard UPS ground delivery within the Continental United States.  Most items will ship within 1-2 business days.  Some items will ship within 3-10 business days. The shipping time depends on the type of order (special orders, international orders, large orders etc. can take longer to ship).  When ordering more than one watch, the watches may be shipped separately.

Shipping charges are listed for an order of one watch.  Add $10.00 to the shipping charge for UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day deliveries for each additional watch ordered.

Are the watches shipped with insurance? 

Yes, all watches are fully insured during shipping, including watches shipped with the FREE SHIPPING option. Watches that cost $2000.00 and above will include an additional $30.00 insurance charge to fully insure the watch during shipping. 

Do you ship watches to international locations?

Yes, our watches are available for shipping to international locations.  See the International Shipping instructions in the Policy section of our website for specific order information and shipping fees.

Can I return a watch that was given as a Christmas gift?

Our 2011 Holiday Extended Return Policy is currently in effect.  Any watch purchased from November 12th - December 15th can be returned anytime up until January 15th.  All other terms of the regular return policy apply.  See the Policies section of the website for additional details about return procedures.

What should I do if I have a question about my order, or I want to cancel, return or exchange an order? 

If you have a question about your order, call us at 1-888-730-0910 as soon as possible so we can help you get your questions or concerns resolved quickly.  If you need to cancel an order, call our Customer Service staff immediately. Watch orders can be cancelled before the watch is shipped, and a 5% restocking fee will be applied.  Please report any imperfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of your watch order. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you can return it within 7 days of the date you received it for a refund, minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee of the full order amount (minimum $10).  Watches that are returned must be unused, with instructions enclosed, and all tags attached.

What if I am looking for a watch that isn't listed on the Showcase Designer Watches website? 

We have professional affiliations in the watch industry, and may be able to order a specific watch that you are looking for that is not currently on our website. Contact us by email or call us at    1-888-730-0910 with the product name and description, and we will assist you.

Can I order a watch that is labeled Currently Sold Out?

Yes, you can order the watch and we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Our Customer Service staff will notify you when the watch is available to be shipped.  You can also contact our Customer Service staff before you order a watch that is labeled Currently Sold Out.  We will notify you when the watch becomes available, and you can then complete the ordering process.

Can I establish an account with Showcase Designer Watches for my future watch orders?

Yes. Click on Member Register & Log-In to complete and submit a Membership Registration Form.  Create a password to use when you log in for future shopping.  Members can order quickly and track deliveries.  Members can take advantage of Member Only Coupons and Special Sales that will save money on future watch orders.

Will Showcase Designer Watches supply watches for my business?

Absolutely!  We will establish a working relationship with you that will support your business. Contact our Customer Service staff to communicate your needs.  Click on Member Register & Log-In to establish a Membership Account with us.  You can order and track deliveries of individual or large orders of watches for your business, and take advantage of special pricing.

Is my personal information secure when I order from the Showcase Designer Watches website?

Absolutely!  The privacy of your information is very important to us.  We employ several technologies to protect information from being seen by anyone other than our company staff who completes your order.  We will never share any customer information or email addresses with any outside parties.  We only request information that is needed to process and ship your order.  Our website is hosted on secure servers, and the check-out process is encrypted for your protection.
