 Warranty Policy

All of the watches purchased from Showcase Designer Watches are guaranteed for two years against any manufacturer defects.  We purchase all of our watches from American authorized dealers and distributors.  Many of our watches are protected by the original manufacturer warranties.  If that warranty is not available, the Showcase Designer Watches two year warranty protects the watch.

All of our watches are brand new and authentic with all original parts, including the manufacturers box and all tags and documents.  We do not sell refurbished, returned goods or replica watches.  Any watch that comes with a manufacturer supplied serial number will retain that serial number.  We do not sell watches with removed serial numbers. 

The two year warranty covers any defects in the movement that surfaces during the course of two years that is not caused by the wearer.  This would include a watch that stops working, or does not function the way it should. The warranty does not cover damage due to every day wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, broken crystals (glass face) or any cosmetic damage that occurs after the watch is received. The warranty excludes any defect that would not be covered by the manufacturer.  If you have any questions about our warranty, Contact Us.

Shipping Policy

Showcase Designer Watches offers FREE SHIPPING for standard UPS ground delivery within the continental United States. Most Items will ship within 1-2 business days.  Some items will ship within 3-10 business days,. The shipping time depends on the type of order (special orders, international orders, large orders etc. can take longer to ship).  When ordering more than one watch, the watches may be shipped separately.  For your security, watch deliveries may require a signed receipt at the time of delivery.  If the customer is not available at that time, the carrier will leave an Info Notice and will make three consecutive attempts at delivery.  If the package is returned to us because of non-delivery, all shipping expenses will be charged back to the customer. Showcase Designer Watches ships watches free of charge within the continental United States. 

Showcase Designer Watches does not collect taxes on any orders shipped outside of the State of Florida.  Any orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to state and local taxes required by state law and local regulations.  The sales tax for Florida residents is 7 - 7.5% depending on the specific location. 

Showcase Designer Watches guarantees the order will be processed and shipped in a timely manner, but is not responsible for any delivery delays once the order has left our control including, but not limited to:
 - Compliance with the law, government regulations, orders or requirements, or any cause beyond our control.
 - Failure or omission of the Customer to provide accurate contact information such as telephone number or email address. Failure or omission of the Customer to provide accurate shipping information, requested documentation or correct payment information.
 - Delays due to the unavailability of or refusal of a person to accept delivery of a shipment.

Shipping charges listed are the orders for one watch.  Add $10.00 to the charge for UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day deliveries for each additional watch that you order.  If  you need to request a different U.S. shipping option , please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Insurance

All watches are shipped with full insurance, including watches shipped with the FREE SHIPPING option.  Watches that cost $2000.00 and above will include an additional $30.00 insurance charge to fully insure the watch during shipping. 

International Shipping

Our watches can be shipped to international locations.  Follow the checkout procedures and choose the "Other" option in the State drop-down box. There is a blank space next to this drop-down box to fill in the appropriate location.  In the Country drop-down box, choose the country that the watch(s) need to be shipped to.  Choose the International Shipping Option to complete your order. The cost for International Shipping is $55.00 which includes expedited shipping with insurance. If you would like to request a specific shipping method, contact our Customer Service staff.  The shipping fee does not include any taxes imposed by the receiving countries.  These taxes are imposed by governments, and are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not have the ability to anticipate the individual taxes imposed by various governments. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up packages and pay any import taxes.  If packages are returned for lack of payment of import taxes, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping expenses and any duties will be charged back to the customer. Contact your local Customs office about their duty and tax policies  to make sure that you know what to expect prior to your purchase.  Please note that the payment options must be paid in U.S. currency. If you need assistance with international shipping, contact our Customer Service staff.  We reserve the right to decide not to place orders from countries who have problems with credit card fraud.  We are currently not accepting credit card orders from or shipped to Indonesia, Nigeria and Singapore unless the payment is made directly from a Pay Pal account.  Credit card orders from international locations are verified to ensure authenticity prior to placement of the order. 


Return Policy

Showcase Designer Watches continuously strives to provide its customers with superior customer service. 

2011 Holiday Extended Return Policy: Any watch purchased from November 12th until December 15th can be returned anytime up until January 15th, 2012. All other terms of the return Return policy apply. 

Regular Post Holiday Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, contact our Customer Service staff immediately.  You may return a watch within 7 days of the date you received it for a refund, minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee of the full order amount (minimum $10). If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a 5% restocking fee will apply.  The restocking fee will be waived if you exchange the watch for another of equal or greater value. Contact us by email, or at 1-888-730-0910 for specific information.

Watches must be returned in original condition, meaning that it has to be unworn and unaltered.  Items must not be re-sized or modified in any manner.  The watch must be sent back with the seal unbroken in its original box and all paperwork intact.  "Original condition" means that it must have no scratches, marks, or blemishes.  Also, the manufacturer tags and protective stickers must not be removed.  Note that scratches and dings can happen even if a watch has only been worn for a few hours.

All items being returned or exchanged must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Contact our Customer Service staff as soon as possible to request an RMA number.  Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyers expense. 

We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx to return merchandise.  For your own protection, please insure your returns accordingly.  All returns and exchanges require 1 week for processing.

Backorder Policy

All items listed on our website are currently in stock.  However, it can happen occasionally that an item you purchased can be back-ordered.  If this happens, we will contact you with further options and instructions. Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry, and our systems keep back orders to a minimum for your convenience.  

Damaged Goods Policy

If your package arrives and has been damaged during shipping, please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed in a timely manner with the carrier.

Privacy Policy

The privacy of your information is very important to us. We employ several technologies to protect information from being seen by anyone other than our company staff who completes your order.  Our website is hosted on secure servers, and the check-out process is encrypted for your protection.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or email address. We collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email. This information provides aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our website, used to customize the content and/or layout of our pages, and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive emails from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive email from our company. We will never share customer information or email addresses with any outside parties.
